Supplement for upstairs area - 600 Euros per week High/Low season. Low season supplement of 100 Euros per week for electricity.

As Domaine des Abeilles is about 5 minutes from the nearest village a car would be advisable.
Villa is to accommodate maximum of 4 people or 6 if upstairs is also rented unless prior arrangement is made.
Electricity, airconditioning and heating included apart from in low season when a charge of 100 Euros per week is added for electricity.
Telephone and fax available. Deposit of 80 euros payable per week rental. Call charges will be calculated as soon as account is available. Balance will be either returned or extra payment will be required to cover account balance.
Refundable security deposit of 50 euros is required. This will be refunded after your holiday less any reduction for breakages or damage. Cleaning can be arranged during your stay at extra cost. However the villa is expected to be kept in good condition during your stay.
Good quality pure cotton sheets and towels are provided. Bed is king size in the blue/white bedroom with the other bedroom having a king bed made up of two joined together so they can be separated if necessary. The upstairs bedroom is the same.
Hanging baskets and pot plants need to be watered daily in summer. We expect guests to take care of them as most prefer guard their privacy. If you are not prepared to do this our caretaker will have to come by early in the morning or late evening to do this so please advise us. The responsibility is yours to ensure they are watered daily to ensure they can be enjoyed by the next guests.
Television with various languages plus video are installed.
Caretaker is nearby to assist with any problems.

Booking conditions:

We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance. In order to confirm your booking a 50% deposit is payable to secure your reservation. Full payment due 60 days prior to your stay.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

More than 60 days notice forfeiture of deposit. 43 – 60 days notice 80% of full payment forfeited 29 – 42 days notice 90% of full payment forfeited. 1 – 28 days notice 100% of full payment forfeited

If however the villa is subsequently booked for the time of your stay we will refund 75% of the amount forfeited less any direct costs incurred by us.
